So now that we’ve covered off on boy names for the Kenseth Kid, we now turn to the fairer sex. Ah yes, the little girls that stir the hearts of daddys everywhere.

Girls Names

Sconi Kenseth – What better to honor Matt’s home state of Wisconsin than to use a popular nickname for the state? They could tell everyone it means “Cheese” – everyone but her.

Charlotte Kenseth – I’m sure she’ll be the Kenseth’s little princess and Charlotte is the “Queen City”. Also, everything about Nascar seems to be located there. Minus the corporate office of course.

Kendra Kenseth – You’re probably thinking this is after the “Girl Next Door” playmate chick, but alas no. In Old English it means “Royal Power” and since Matt’s a Cup Champion that relies on horsepower it makes total sense. It’s also the feminine form of “Kendrick”, which rhymes with “Hendrick”, which is where  I think Matt’s eventually going to be driving one day. See? It allllll circles ’round.

Katelin Kenseth – Katelin means “pure and virginal”, which also happens to be the way every father wants to think of their daughter. Of course “Katrina” also means that, but last I checked it’s never smart to name your child after a natural disaster.

Sara Kenseth – This would be in honor of the first female Nascar driver – Sara Christian. She ran six races in 1949. Of course I have now ruined my trivia question for next week.

Audrey Kenseth – ‘Cause that’s my daughter’s name, and it’s freakin’ awesome. And so is she!

Jessy Kenseth – Matt’s got about a gazillion dollars in race winnings and endorsements, and Jessy is Hebrew for “Filthy stinkin’ rich”. Well, maybe not the filthy, stinkin’ part.

Kiera Kenseth – This name’s got a lot going for it. It starts with a “K”, so there will be alliteration in the name. A famous actress has the name so people will have heard it before. It sounds somewhat exotic, which helps with the last name of Kenseth. It also has more vowels than consonants, which is important only because I think it is.

Juanita Pablo Kenseth – That would just be too funny.
